PT LG Electronics Indonesia (LG) has just introduced four of its newest monitors in the UltraWide and UltraFine ranges. These four monitors are claimed to be able to increase productivity as well as a better gaming experience.
Head of Sales and Marketing IT, LG Electronics Indonesia, Riki Siauw said that advanced multimedia with improved screen technology combined with complete connectivity, makes this monitor ready to be a reliable partner at work, while providing a better gaming experience.
“This makes users only have to invest in one monitor at their desk for the purpose of completing work or entertainment that requires high multimedia capabilities,” Riki said in a statement, Tuesday (11/23/2021).
From the UltraFine lineup , LG introduced the 27UP600 and 27UP850 models, both of which feature 27-inch displays. Both carry thin edge designs on all three sides to reduce visual disturbances when users look at the screen.
“Thin edges on three sides allow users to focus on the details of the screen display without the distraction of thick frames,” said Riki added.
HDR 400 . feature
Complementing the 4K Ultra HD resolution that the two carry, LG equips it with the HDR 400 feature to produce colors with a wide lighting range so that image details look more dramatic. In addition, both also carry a color spectrum that fills 95% of the DCI-P3 space.
To support multimedia and gaming capabilities, both are equally made with the completeness of three main features.
In addition to AMD FreeSync and Dynamic Action Sync to reduce image distortion, LG provides Black Stabilizer to improve the appearance of images on dark backgrounds.
“This unique feature is made to make it easier for players to see and find opponents who are hiding in the dark, giving them the advantage to react faster,” added Riki.
The LG UltraWide comes with the 34WN80C and 34WP65G models. Although both have 34-inch screens, they are easy to distinguish from the physical appearance of the screen.
The LG UltraWide 34WN80C comes with a curved screen with a resolution of 3,440 x 1,440 pixels, while the LG 34WP65G screen appears flat in a resolution of 2,560 x 1,080 pixels.
LG UltraWide 34WP65G also has more equipment to support the gaming experience. In terms of response speed, for example, although both are equipped with a 5 millisecond GtG response time, the LG UltraWide 34WP65G has 1ms Motion Blur Reduction technology which makes it more reliable in dealing with motion picture distortion.
Not to mention if you look at the availability of AMD FreeSync, Dynamic Action Sync, and Game Mode available in the LG 34WP65G.
In terms of High Dynamic Range (HDR) image processing capabilities, the LG UltraWide 34WP65G leads the way with the availability of HDR400 even though the LG UltraWide 34WN80C has HDR10, which is the industry standard.
But in terms of color space mastery, both have a relative level equivalent to 99% sRGB.
